  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update pricing.

Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only when payment is completed or confirmed in COD (Cash on Delivery) cases.
  • We currently accept: Mada, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery.
  • For COD orders, please ensure payment is ready at the time of delivery.

Delivery

  • Delivery is provided only within Saudi Arabia.
  • Standard delivery timeframe is 3–5 business days depending on your location.
  • Delivery is free across KSA (no hidden charges).

Returns & Refunds

  • Return or refund is only applicable for damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery.
  • The customer must provide proof (photos/videos).
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.

Limitation of Liability

  • Techvia is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling of products.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, force majeure, or incorrect customer details.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website (images, text, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to Techvia.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Any disputes will be handled by the relevant courts of Saudi Arabia.
