Free Delivery (No Returns for Change of Mind)

  • All orders include free delivery across Saudi Arabia.
  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind, dislike, or if you found a cheaper product elsewhere.

7-Day Return on Damaged or Defective Items Only

  • If your order arrives defective, damaged, or not working properly, you are eligible to request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of the defect (clear photo or video) must be provided by WhatsApp or Email before the return is approved.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition, including all accessories.

Customer Pays Return Shipping

  • If a product is eligible for return, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fee.
  • We will not refund delivery or return costs.

Refunds & Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund or replacement has been approved.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, based on your payment method (Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or COD refund to bank transfer).
  • Replacements will be shipped as soon as possible after approval.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • All COD orders are covered by the same return policy rules.
  • Refunds for COD payments will be issued by bank transfer after approval.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that were damaged due to misuse after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Products returned after 7 days from the delivery date.
