Free Delivery (No Returns for Change of Mind)
- All orders include free delivery across Saudi Arabia.
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind, dislike, or if you found a cheaper product elsewhere.
7-Day Return on Damaged or Defective Items Only
- If your order arrives defective, damaged, or not working properly, you are eligible to request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Proof of the defect (clear photo or video) must be provided by WhatsApp or Email before the return is approved.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition, including all accessories.
Customer Pays Return Shipping
- If a product is eligible for return, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fee.
- We will not refund delivery or return costs.
Refunds & Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund or replacement has been approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, based on your payment method (Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or COD refund to bank transfer).
- Replacements will be shipped as soon as possible after approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- All COD orders are covered by the same return policy rules.
- Refunds for COD payments will be issued by bank transfer after approval.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products that were damaged due to misuse after delivery.
- Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Products returned after 7 days from the delivery date.
