Delivery Coverage

  • We currently deliver to all major cities and regions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • We do not ship outside KSA at the moment.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date your order is confirmed.
  • Remote areas may require slightly longer delivery.
  • Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery on all orders across Saudi Arabia.
  • No hidden charges at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across all delivery zones in KSA.
  • For COD orders, please keep the exact payment ready at delivery time.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
  • You can use this to track your package status online through the courier.

Missed Deliveries

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery or contact you to arrange a suitable time.
  • Please provide accurate delivery details (phone number, address) at checkout to avoid delays.

Damaged or Wrong Items on Delivery

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Email.
  • You must provide photo/video proof before arranging a replacement or return.
