Delivery Coverage
- We currently deliver to all major cities and regions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- We do not ship outside KSA at the moment.
Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date your order is confirmed.
- Remote areas may require slightly longer delivery.
- Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Charges
- Free Delivery on all orders across Saudi Arabia.
- No hidden charges at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available across all delivery zones in KSA.
- For COD orders, please keep the exact payment ready at delivery time.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
- You can use this to track your package status online through the courier.
Missed Deliveries
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery or contact you to arrange a suitable time.
- Please provide accurate delivery details (phone number, address) at checkout to avoid delays.
Damaged or Wrong Items on Delivery
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Email.
- You must provide photo/video proof before arranging a replacement or return.
